Often, yes. Check that the same nutrient does not add up beyond the daily dose, and ask your doctor if you take medicines, are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Every formula is designed and made in France, and every batch of supplements is tested by an independent lab. The certificate of analysis is available on request.

Most are, and the Vegan label says so on each product. Marine collagen is the exception.
